This is a virtual check-in you can use this anytime up to 4 months postpartum. Ask questions about nutrition, breastfeeding, body changes, sleeping - whatever you'd like!

If you need to cancel or reschedule I am flexible! But please try do so at least 24 hours before your appointment.
