Service Description

This session is to create a healthy food and herb guide for you to follow during your pregnancy based on your individual needs. We will also go over the different herbs and natural supplements you can and CANNOT use throughout pregnancy, labor and postpartum. We will also discuss creating a simple exercise routine. Finally, I discuss how to care for your skin, hair, and nails with simple DIY solutions. This is for current Doula clients only. I will reply back via email to confirm your appointment. *Please limit your appointments to one session per day as a courtesy to others. If you book more than one service within the same day, your following appointments will be declined.
