Hi mamas!

I'm excited to announce our first mommy meet up of the year sponsored by Elevance Health! 

Join us for an intimate afternoon gathering to bring in 2023 with gratitude and motivation at our Vision Boards, Boobies, and Babies workshop. Whether its work goals, family goals, or birth goals, this is a great way to set the tone for the year and manifest those dreams. The ultimate goal of this workshop is to help you get clear on your goals and the path to take to reach them. It has been a while since I have been able to host this workshop in-person, so I cannot wait!

And if you're not into vision boarding, just come hang out with your fellow mamas! Kids, babies and breastfeeding are always welcome. This event is limited to the Werk it Moms community and there are only 10 spots available. IT'S FREE :-)

There will be food, snacks, drinks (non-alcholic and alcholic), and entertainment for the kids. They are also welcome to vision board with us if they'd like! 

This workshop is all about manifesting your personal and business goals as a mother or mother-to-be. In this special creative session, we will cover:

What a vision board is and how it can benefit you (or not benefit you)

How to create a vision board that works for YOU

Tips on manifestation and journaling to supplement your board

How to create a sacred space and ritual routine for your board

The do's and don'ts and pros and cons of vision boards

Participants will receive a vision board, art supplies, self-care goodie bag, and a mini bottle of Bad Ass Mom Wine!

ABOUT THE MEDIA OPPORTUNITY:

Elevance Health is looking for a total of 8-10 moms who are willing to participate in their mini-docuseries covering the importance of doula care. During the event, Elevance Health's film crew would capture a video of us interacting with the baby and/or your family if all are willing. You will need to complete a consent form at the time of arrival if you are going to be filmed. 

Participants will receive an Amazon gift card and surprise goodies!
